Pictures in body of email instead of as attachments

Hi
How do I put pictures/graphics in the body of an email instead of it
becoming an attachment
Using Outlook 2003

I found it easiest to open the image in Paint, using the scissors tool, cut out the image (box around it kinda thing) Edit copy or Cntrl C, then go to your email and paste it in the message body.

Insert>Picture, perhaps?

I found the answer

To insert a picture as an attachment
Insert-> File...

To insert a picture in the body
Insert-> Picture...
