Is there a way to make any file when i attach in Outlook get converted to
..zip or compressed file.

e.g. if i attach a .doc file the moment its attach its gets compressed and
get save as .zip file

I don't think there is but you just have to change the way you send
attachements and it is just as easy.
Open the folder with the attachment first and right click on it > compress
and email. That will compress the attachment for you and attach it to your
email client.

Only if your zip program integrates with Outlook and supports that feature.
WinZip, for example, has the WinZip Companion for Outlook.
