Attachment Security button is missing

Hi, I am not able to receive attachments with Outlook
2000. I have the latest service pack for it, but the
attachment security button is missing. I was able to
locate this link:

but it doesn't provide the fix for this. Can anyone
help. Thank you so much.

The attachment security button goes away after you
install the latest SP for Outlook 2000.
