Autoarchive March 24, 2004 hotfix

Hello All,
Using Outlook 2000 I have the Autoarchive problem
described in the Microsoft knowledge base article 838023
(see link below).
The article announces the release of a hotfix to fix the
problem. Do you know of any way I could actually get the
hotfix without having to pay a $35 support fee to
Microsoft?

Usually if you call for JUST the hotfix described in the article you won't
be charged for the call. Don't ask questions about anything else, just tell
them you need the hotfix. That is the only way you can get it, however.

Hotfixes are free and never cost as long as you only ask for the hotfix
and don't ask for additional help.

Call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them you're calling to
obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right up.
