Attachment Options in 2007

In 2003, when you attached images to a message, the Attachment Pane popped up
with a section titled "Picture Options" that allowed you to let Outlook
reduce the size of your pictures.

I can't find that functionality any where in 2007. Is it still there or has
it been deprecated?
 
On the Insert tab, in the Include group, click the tiny arrow at lower right.

Thanks Sue. That was exactly it. I searched all over the beta documentation
and that is not mentioned anywhere.
