When a picture is attached in outlook 2003, there used to come a column in
right hand side where it would give the option to change the size of the
picture as large, medium, small etc , and the pictures were inserted in
attachment section......

How do I enable the same feature in Outlook 2007 ?

Press the little expand arrow in the right side corner of the Include
section after attaching the picture.

No, that never used to be.....
when I click the Include section, it displays me size where I have to
manipulate the numbers etc.....hope you are referring this.....

In Outlook 2003, when I attach the picture, once I select the pictures, all
the list pictures, I would see is in attachment section, after to, cc, bcc
field the last one would be attachment sectio.....No picture used to come or
display in message body section.......

After that I used to see whole big top down little window at right side of
the whole window, where I would change the size before I hit send......and
the size would be small, large, medium....etc......

where is that window ? How do I get that window ?

Yes, that is the same dialog I'm referring to. Here you can indeed set
Small, Medium or Large.

why the picture is in message body, I do not want picture to be displayed
and I do not want to change by numbers, I need the word - small, large,
medium etc.....

It was so easy in Outlook 2003 ?
