I'M UNABLE TO OPEN THEM UP WITH ANY ZIP PROGRAMS
PLEASE HELP

Tell the sender not to zip up their attachments.

AND STOP YELLING!!! (all caps)
You can't figure out how to use the CapsLock or Shift key?
