Hi

Does anyone know why sometimes attachments just appear as an icon within the email body (in the same frame), and then other attachments appear in a seperate frame (at the bottom of the email)

Cheers

Because the messages are sent in different formats. Rich-text messages show
attachment icons inline. Plain text and HTML messages use a separate pane.
