Embedding Attachments

How do you embed an attachment in the body of an email so the attachment
appears as an icon instead of simply attaching a file? Thanks.

Embedded icons are supported only in Rich Text Format messages, which are
native to Exchange Server. What happens when you send a RTF message to a
non-Exchange server varies - it may be converted to plain text or HTML with
attachment, or the attachment may get mangled beyond all recognition.

No, it's native to Outlook.

Or, more likely, it will simply be ignored.
