Attachment Icon View

In Outlook 2000 and previous, when you attached a doument to an email, it
appeared as a icon in the email. Outlook XP and later, attachments appear in
a line under Subject, and not as icons. I have a fellow that in Outlook XP
is now seeing the icons instead of the lines. He doesn't know how he changed
it and wants it back to the line view. Can anyone help?

The icons appear if you use Rich Text format for the message. He should use
HTML or Plain Text instead.
