Attachment Field Not Printing

When I have attachments listed in the attachment field of a message and I
print the message, the attachment field and the list of attachments does not
print. I have changed the format of the message from rich text to HTML to
plain and nothing has worked. I don't want the attachments in the body of
the messsage, but need them to appear in the attachment field. I have tried
to print them from sent items and also from my inbox. Has anyone encountered
this problem and know of any fixes.

Hi JeanneM,
have you also tried Text Format?
 
The three options I have are plaint text; html and rich text and I have tried
all of them and nothing works.

Changing the message's format to plain text before printing should also
print out the attachment name. What version of Outlook are you using?
 
When I can it to plain text, the attachment prints out as an icon, but it
does not come up as a field heading as it was sent. When it shows up as a
icon it truncates the document name and when there are several attachments
with similar names, this is an issue. I am running Outlook 2002 SP3.
