Attachment download refusal

Just recentially I get a message on each ATT attachment I attempt to download.

(This action is only valid for products that are currently installed)

Any item I click on that does not start with ATT works great. Thas has been
a problem for about 3 weeks.

Any Ideas how I can fix.
