Attachment did not appear in printout - cusotmized form

I have created a customized form using Outlook 2007. When the form was being
used by my user with Outlook 2000, the screen view and the printout differs.
In specific the attachment somehow appear as inline text below the message
field and it was not printed out in any form.

You cannot control what's printed or how in Outlook code. That depends on
how the attachment was added and what format the email is in and isn't under
code control. If you want to tightly control how a printout will look you
will need to use code to put what you want and how you want it to appear
into Word or Excel or some other application that has better formatting and
printing facilities than Outlook has.
