Attachment Appearance

When attaching an attachment, the attachment icon appears in the body of my
email. I would prefer for it to appear as a smaller icon underneath the
Subject line at the top of the email. How do I do this?
Thanks,
Leslie

Change your mail format. This is done in tools, options....,Mail Format
(tab) Change the mail format to something other then "Microsoft Outlook Rich
Text".

Also remember, when you send the message, where it appears on the other end
will depend on how the receiver has their mail set up.

Stop using Rich-Text Format (RTF). That is recommended ONLY for use
within the same Outlook-Exchange organization, not for e-mail distribute
outside that organization, like out to the Internet. Use plain-text or
HTML format when composing e-mails.

Thank you very much! I was using RTF and the attachments were working fine,
but today suddenly, the files were attached in the body. I changed to HTML
and i have my attachments en the head of the message.
