attached to my wall paper

hi I need some help removing an application that attached
on my computer. specifically over my Desktop background
wall paper....PLEASE HELP

Have you tried downloading, installing, updating and scanning, with
Microsoft Antispyware?

If you have done this and it failed, did it give a name to this critter?

If it didn't we're going to need more description, probably, unless you like
a referral to a more specialized forum where they can analyze a log
generated on your machine and tell you what to remove. Even that kind of
help works better with a clear description of the bug involved.
