attach row number to match fields

Anne

I work with data imported from Quickbooks.
I have estimates and invoices from these estimates. The estimate can have
lots of lines and each invoice will show the same line items, but only some
of them have amounts. If a line item is changed on the estimate, The
invoices already done are not updated when a change is made and that is what
I want to test for.

Unmatched query does not work, since there are too many of them because of
unbilled items. However, if I could match the items row by row, I could do
it.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

What does each line have as an identifier? Does the identifier exist in
both the
estimate and the Invoice?

Regards

Kevin
