attach JPG

I cannot get set up in order to email a JPG file as an attachment. I try to
follow the instructions but am not successful. What should I be doing?

I cannot get set up in order to email a JPG file as an attachment. I try to
follow the instructions but am not successful. What should I be doing?

Are you closing all other programs that access the JPG file before you
try to attach it? Windows Mail has problems attaching files that are
still open in some other program.
