ATT.txt files

Suddenly I am receiving text file attachments to lots of incoming emails.
Most are named ATT00***.txt and are just text format versions of the message
sent in Richtext or HTML format.

Is this familiar to anyone? Is the problem on my end or at the sender?

What version of Outlook are you using and what account type?

IIRC, this was a problem with Outlook 2000. Have you applied all service packs? If yes, then shut down Outlook and restart.
