Hi,
I have problems installing an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 256 Mbs video card.
The problem is that the monitor stays allways in stand by mode and it
doesn't start even if i try to turn it on manually, if i do that, it come
back to stand by mode.
I have to take out the card from the AGP slot and conect the monitor to the
integrated video (ATI 9200) conector in order to make it work.
I check in thye bios config utillity and in the MB manual and there is no
config to disable the on-board video.
The Radeon 9600 card is well installed fisically and functioning, the fun
works as i turn on the computer and as i said, when i conect the monitor to
its conector, the monitor correctly enters in stand by mode (the problem is
that it stays in that mode after starting the computer).
My MotherBoard: "Asus P4R800-VM"
My Bios: "AMI Bios" updated with the last update.
