ATI TV Wonder USB = Instant Crash

B

Brian

Hi all,

I'm trying to get my ATI TV Wonder USB Edition to work on
my new laptop, which is a P4 3.0GHz w/ 512MB RAM running
Windows XP Pro. The video card is a NVIDIA FX Go5600. I
can install the ATI TV Wonder USB just fine, but after
rebooting and the like when I click the TV button it
causes an instant crash --> blue screen --> physical
memory dump --> reboot. I've tried contacting ATI about
it via a problem report, but their *wonderful* techs just
walked me around in a circle until they said "If you have
any more problems, you should submit a problem report."
Does anyone here have any ideas that can help me?

Brian,
I've got the same problem. Can you let me know if you learn anything.
Thanks,
