I am running Windows XP on my computer along with an ATI-
TV Wonder PCI card. I manage to get the TV up and
running okay, but the video itself freezes within 2 to 20
minutes, while the sound keeps playing. Sometimes the tv
freezes before the picture even comes up on display. I
get the following errors in my event log:
The ATI Wonder "Video Capture" service failed to start
due to the following error: The service cannot be started
either because it is disabled or because it has no
enabled devices associated with it. Same error messages
for ATI Wonder "Video Crossbar", "TV Tuner" & "Audio
Crossbar". All my diagnostic tests seem to be okay. I
cannot for the life of me figure out what the problem
is. When the tv freezes, so does the rest of my computer
(no mouse, keyboard, etc.., must reboot). Please help.

With ATI you need to install all 4 downloads from the
web site and install all w/o rebooting after each. You
probably wont need to uninstall, let it overwrite exist-
ing software if prompted. Also run:DXDIAG in run,to test
the card.
