ATI desktop help popup screen

Hi all, regarding this ATI Desktop Help screen does anyone know how to
disable this thing? I've checked the do not start window box but the darn
thing keeps popping up regardless. I'm set up as an administrator with my
wife and kids as restricted, I am the only one where it doesn't pop up. Any
help is appreciated in advance,

Update: I fixed it with unchecking the "Enable ATI taskbar icon application"
from within the ATI Control Panel. I might have done this sooner but I
wasn't actually sure if this was a driver dependant thing, if anyone can add
any additional thoughts, again they are welcome...
