ATI All-in-Wonder 7500 not working???

Has anyone had this problem and can you help?
I have an allinwonder 7500 video card and for some reason yesterday it
just stopped working. It appears to work fin on the pc end as far as
seeing things but I also used it to output to my big screen tv to
watch movies from the dvd player. As of last night it just stopped
showing any output to tv. I cant see anything on the tv at all! I have
checked all the connections on both ends and re-inserted them. I have
even re-booted and no signal appears to go out to the tv. Ever heard
of this before? Any help would be really appreciated!

or the monitor is turned off in display properties and/or you changed screen
resolution recently?

I did not change resolution and the monitor was turned off in the
display properties. I spoke to the techs at ATI and at this time it is
still a work in progress. I have installed the newest drivers and they
were able to make me FORCE the tv into being seen. However the techs
are at a loss at this point and they think I may have a virus since we
ruled out the fact that there is no hardware problem.

Try unplugging the vid cable from the pigtail and reboot.Then plug it in
after you get back to display properties.
Make sure the cable is GOOD (that crap will drive you crazy) use another one
JIC. Not toooo long either.
Make sure the pigtail is not damaged
