ATI All in Wonder 128 Pro Troubles

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder 128 Pro card on a Windows 2000
system with downloaded drivers (Windows Update) but I
can't get the system to recognize that it's a video
capture device. The driver details notices the TV Tuner
but every program returns an error and says that no video
capture device is connected.
 
Ditch the "Windows Update" drivers and get the drivers from the ATI
website instead.
