ATAPI errors when trying to burn a CD

delete the cd-rom drive out of the control panel restart
windows will find it again! and clean it out with air-can

Opening up the computer and disconnecting and
reconnecting cables fixed this problem and now I can burn
a CD, but when done the CD is unreadable. When I try to
read, I get these errors:
