Here is what I have done already.
There was no CD in either the DVD or the CD Rom drives. When the error is
occurring the CD or DVD drive is not being used. I purchased a CD cleaner and
ran it on both drives. I uninstalled and reinstalled the CD and DVD drives. I
updated the drivers. There were no updates.
I found if I disable the CD and DVD drives, the problem went away. Then I
enabled the CD drive and I still do not have the problem. If I enable the DVD
drive, the problem comes back. If I play a DVD movie it plays great, no
problems.
I am ready to pull my hair out. Any ideas?
