AT Power Supply

In windows 98, M.E thay say it's now safe to turn off you
computer. i don't have ATX Power supply I have A AT Power
supply how can i get windows XP To down the same as
windows ME, 98

That is a function of the ATX power supply. AT supplies don't have this
ability.
