At a loss! Please Help!

IE6/Outlook 2000/Win98-2ed.

Help!

When I click on a valid link in Outlook, IE opens to a
blank page. I have to copy/paste the address into the
browser for it to work. I didn't have any problems until I
updated IE.

Ideas?
