ASUS P4V533-MX Motherboard

I am using the following MB and when I shut down the computer the mouse and
keyboard lights are still on, I am looking through the manual for a jumper
to change this but carn't find anything.

I have found some reference to my issue here

the KBPWR jumper

Sure you're not going into stand-by or hiberation ?? Do
you have any powered item on the USB ?? They will back-
feed into the system.
