assistance needed with spoolsv.exe and cpu usage

My computer was working fine. Then all of the sudden, spoolsv.exe was using 100 of the cpu's. The system is slow. Most start up programs have been disabled. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

stuck in chache? If so try deleting it, this happens to
me sometimes and a reboot fixes it. And also starts the
print.
 
I don't have anything spooling with my printer. At least nothing that shows up on the print job screen. I do have three computers networked though. Is it possible that another computer has something stuck in the print job, or would that also show up in the queue?
