I have two email accounts set up (one personal, one business).

What I want to be able to do is use my personal address for my friends and
business address for my colleagues. (At the moment I have to remember to
change from the default account whenever I want to send to the other
category.)

Is there a way I can assign a preferred email account to a particular
contact.

TIA

Hi Rob,
if you open a new Mail (i use Word)
There is a button called accounts, there you can choose the account which
you want to send with.

Thanks,

I can do it manually in Outlook also. The trouble is I occasionally forget
(and some business contacts are friends) so I was wanting to do it on a more
rigorous basis than relying on (my ever reducing, or so it appears at times
<G>) memory

Any other advice would be appreciated.
