Assigning Colors to Senders??

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 version 11.8118.8132 SP-2.

In a previous version of Outlook, (not sure which one), I used to be
able to assign colors to incoming messages based on who they were
from, (i.e. any e-mail from my boss would show up as RED text, e-mail
from my wife would be blue, etc). That was easily assigned.

I don’t see that capacity anywhere in Outlook 2003. Does anyone know
if it’s still there??

The easy way is to go to your Inbox, then Tools | Organize | Using Colour |
select an email from the boss and select a colour. Make sure to click the
Apply button!

The Autoformatting function can also change colour as well as do more
complicated things eg if the word "juniper" is in the subject or body, make
the email green. It's also there at Tools | Organize - top right corner I
think in 2003.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
