Assign TSCALs to a specific workstation

Is it possible to assign TSCALs to a specific machine?

We have some Win98 users for whome we installed TSCALs.
The problem is, another client machine picked them up.

Are we able to assign these to the correct machines?

No...terminal services licensing servers issue licenses on
a first come first served basis. You can't reserve
licenses for partcular machines or devices.
