Assign keyboard shortcut and toolbar button to Paste Special/Normal Paragraphs

Hello,

Can anyone help me with a trick to assign a button and a keyboard
shortcut to Paste Special/Normal Paragraphs?

Help is much appreciated, this would be time saver number 1 in our
dept.!

Rightclick an empty spot on the menu bar and select Customize. In the
left pane select "edit" and in the right pane find "Paste Special.." and
drag it to the place in the Menu bar where you want it and let go. The
keyboard shortcut is: Alt-E S.
