assess office 2003 err msg

I am try to open access 2003 for the first time and I get an error message
"error loading dll" can any one help me with this. I am taking a class in
access so, I am not a user of access.

Not sure, but it sounds as though it could be corrupt.

If you have your Ofice installation media, run those again and choose the
repair option.
