ASRock K7VT6 will not start-up correctly

Anybody knows about this M/B?
I have installed it, but it will not power up correctly.
That means, there is power, the fans on both CPU cooler and graphics
cooler spins, there is light in both power and HD LED, I can hear the HD
spins up .....
And nothing else happens (
My monitor doesn't "wake up", and it's like the HD stops spinning.
Power and HD lights is still lit though.

I have a Palit Daytona Ti4200 8x 128MB graphics card.
My primary HD is set to IDE1 as master and my DVD is set to IDE1 as slave.
My CD-burner is set to IDE2 as master and my second HD is set to IDE2 as
slave.

Anybody heard about this kind of problem?

Maybe CPU, MB, RAM
Seems the BIOS wont start executing (or starts but breaks later)

Try removing all cards including VGA - does the MB beep?
Remove RAM, the MB should beep, too

Is the CPU ok?

To avoid problems (I thought naivly), I bought M/B, CPU, CPU cooler and
ram at the same place, paying them for assembly the lot.

I have not been able to get any beeps from the M/B, maybe because the
conencter on the M/B has 4 pins, while the connecter from chassis
speaker only has 2 pins - Not sure I have put them correctly on the M/B
pins.
