aspnet_state.exe error message on shutdown

message occurs on evey shutdown, has started occuring since the recent
security update to net framework 2., but another program was installed and
run around the same time (Iobits advanced windows care) so the update may not
be the cause.
Message refers to error occuring at 0x006f0043, memory could not be read
from same, click OK to terminate this program. Event viewer shows event 1076
and no further help avail.
Tried repairing net framework, system restore, restoring a backed up
registry, uninstalling the iobit program, uninstalling then re-installing the
security update, no changes. Computer otherwise runs (apparently) very well,
so this is an irritation.
No system settings were changed using the Iobit program, I have several
unneeded services disabled, and regularly check for malwarem and clean/defrag
the HD.

Thanks for the reply, I knew about that particular problem last month but
wasn't affected by it. Installed the hotfix anyway, just in case, but no
change.
The issue has only started occurring since the May updates.

OK, a more basic level of question, perhaps...Anyone know how I'd go about
finding what the reference "0x006f0043" actually means or relates to, so I
could narrow down the likely issue? I've searched the computer for it,
including the registry, the MS KB's I've looked for have been absent or
non-pertinent.
The only thing I've been able to do to effect a change was to uninstall the
..NET (v2) framework, which took a while. Was hoping reinstalling it afresh
would do the trick, but the problem recurred, which makes me think it's
either to do with a MS update, or a third party tool. Removing recently run
tools has had no affect, either.
I'm at quite a loss. Not that knowledgeable (in case it isn't obvious!)
