I have taken the precaution to change the password using Administrator
account but I would like to switch it off like GUEST Account. Any idea
how do I go about doing this?

I am a bit reluctant to delete it just in case it is for something else
that I am not aware of. Is it likely, MS antispyware software would
have created this account?

It was created when the .Net framework was installed, possibly by an
update from Microsoft Update, or you installed a program that needs the
..Net framework.. It is not a problem. You can turn it off if you want.
