The page calls it ASP Formmailer but the download file is
ASPemailer.zip (?).

Anyway, I've used it on several sites and seems to work fine, has
a simple validation that works well also. The download file is
set for CDONTS but I've also modified it for JMail and ASPMail
and it still works fine.

I know it's not a tutorial but if you work through the asp you
can pretty much figure out how it all works.

Take a look at AspEmail from Persits Software:
www.aspemail.com

It has basic and advanced functionality. To use the advanced functions
beyond 30 days, you'll need to register it. But the basic functions have
been good enough for my needs so far.
