Using Access as a database

HI: I've created an .asp sign in page for my website and used Access to
maintain its entries. In the past, I created a password using the "default
value" within Access to a certain number, but now it's not taking it. Anyone
can now access the sign-in sheet, and I don't want that. (I've also tried
the Registration Form Handler in FP, but that also doesn't work) Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The registration form handler only works on Unix/Linux servers, not Windows IIS.
