asking for pass and login

I want to put up a Active Directory. After filling in all
the options and starts to make 1 , it's asking about a
password, login and domain name. But what pass / login is
that then.
 
If you already have AD on your network it will probably be the Enterprise
Admin account. If not, it will be the local admin account.
