Asking for Bios Password

My computer is all of a sudden asking for a bios password. It was fine
yesterday but not now. None of the backdoor passwords that I've tried work.
I accidentally booted up and realized that I had a floppy in but took it out
when I realized it wasn't doing anything. The floppy was blank. I know
because I got a new one out of the box, downloaded some db files on it, used
it, deleted it. It is a Phoenix 4 release 6. Any ideas as to what may have
caused this to happen?

Remove the CMOS battery from your motherboard
and wait about 15 minutes before reinserting it.
This should clear the BIOS password request.
