Asign a Drive Letter to a Memory Card?

I have a lot of mapped drives on our network (E to W used) so when we attach
a memory stick it dosen't find a drive letter it can use.... if i unmap maped
drive E then the memory stick finds the drive letter... has anyone got any
ideas on how to asign a drive letter to the USB memory Stick so it always
uses the same drive letter on every pc on the network??
