Change default drive letter USB Stick

Hi,

I know how to change the drive letter of an USB stick when it's conflicting
with existing (network) drives. But how can I change the default letter so
any USB stick would become station X: or Y: instead of F:? One computer is
OK, but 50 is a hell of a job... :(
