My desktop computer will not do anything. It loads up and then it freeze's. I
can get all the way to my desktop then it gets stuck. What can I do? Please
help...

Hi Jennifer,

Get a technician to look at it. The information you give us contains nothing
that we can use to diagnose the problem. Freezing is often hardware related,
so there may be nothing that can be done by yourself. Tell us, does the
system boot ok in Safe mode? If so, then it *may* be a software problem that
can be run out, but if not then you most likely have a hardware failure.
