As if "ghost" is typing without my control...is it a new virus?

Hopefully someone could help me out.

When I open Ms.Word, the blank document is typing automatically, as if
someone using my keyboard. And that happen before I myself type
anything on it.
The same situation happen to any dialog box of Internet Explorer as
well.
For instance, when I open Yahoo Mail, before I type my username, the
"ghost" already start typing in the dialog box.
If I stop typing for a few second, the "ghost" will start typing
again.

I find that when I click the cursor on somewhere can be written, the
"ghost" will write something on.

The problem is it make Word and Explorer stuck from time to time. And
make me can't browse a website smoothly. Because I have to wait for
about 1 minute to be able to see the content of the website, it just
make the browser "freeze".


I have scanned my PC with Norton Anti Virus, SpyBot, Spywareblaster
etc. But, still can't get rid of the problem.

This is so strange…your help will be appreciated.

Thank you for your reply.
I have unplgged my microphone, but, it's still the same.
Could it be other reason?
Anyway, I will leave the microphone unplug for one day...and see
whether the problem could be fix.

Have you tried an exorcism?

Sometimes turning off or unplugging the microphone won't do the trick -
you'll have to disable the feature that is causing this issue.
