when I have already successfully downloaded it several
times? Alert: HP Pavilion and
Windows XP Service Pack

Click on search at the top of Microsoft product support
services page, enter 319109 in the search window.Click on
the article "Windows update list updates you already
installed"....Good luck.

Thanks for the last info. The article number wasn't listed
in my registry even though it was listed in my Windows
Update History as being installed successfully. Any more
help? Thanks
