How big is your disk and how much of it is free? Most people who don't have
enough free space to do a defrag should be thinking about buying a bigger
drive. Whatever you do to save some space is likely to be just a stopgap
measure.

Have you scrolled all the way down to the bottom? Sometimes there's just a
big white space, so it looks empty.

Try here

Add or Remove - White Space

"This is generally due to the DisplayIcon having a negative number. From
here you can remove the negative number:
Start/Run/Regedit:

I strongly recommend *against* the routine use of registry cleaners. Routine
cleaning of the registry isn't needed and
is dangerous. Leave the registry alone and don't use any registry cleaner.
Despite what many people think, and what vendors of registry cleaning
software try to convince you of, having unused registry entries doesn't
really hurt you.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit it may
have.

Thank you for you advise Ken Blake. I did try the start/run/Regedit: but it
told windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.
