Article 319032 is no good

The resolution to article 319032 is a link to article
328548. This article has a resoltion as link to a internet
service pack. However, when I click on this link I get
a "File has moved" blank web page. What's the deal with
that? Is it just me?

I'm in a real sticky situation because I can't download
anything off the internet but pictures!
