Arranging Rules Alphabetically

When I see a list of Rules by clicking on Tools ->Rules and Alerts, I see a
list of Rules arranged haphazerdly (probably arranged as per the date on
which I created the Rule).
1 Is there any way to arrange rules Alphabetically ?
2 Is there any way to search for a Rule for a particular criterian or the e
mail address ? This is required in order to make sure that a rule does not
already exist for a particular e mail or to Edit the Rule for a particular E
Mail.

Ordering rules alphabetically doesn't make sense; they are ordered in the
way that you want to execute them or otherwise indeed in the order you
created them.

There is no way to search within rules. Use the preview pane underneath the
rule to read what the rule does.
